Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions explain how MAVLINX handles service scope, project acceptance, proposals, payments, client responsibilities, platform dependencies, delivery, revisions, handover, support boundaries, cancellations, and liability limits.

MAVLINX installs business-control systems. These terms exist to prevent vague expectations, uncontrolled scope, platform-result assumptions, payment confusion, and delivery disputes.

Scope of these Terms

These terms apply to the MAVLINX website, inquiry routes, recommendation funnels, proposals, installation requests, CRM setup requests, funnel requests, support interactions, project delivery, and related business-system services.

Website and funnel use

Applies when users browse MAVLINX pages, submit forms, compare pricing, request recommendations, or enter project details through funnel routes.

Project and proposal use

Applies when MAVLINX reviews a request, prepares a scope, sends a proposal, receives payment, or begins system installation work.

Service delivery use

Applies to websites, lead capture, CRM setup, automation, AI-assisted workflows, SEO classification, paid lead systems, dashboards, and custom systems.

Legal review note

These terms are an operational legal draft for MAVLINX service governance. They should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional before final reliance, especially for jurisdiction-specific consumer, tax, contract, data protection, and export-service requirements.

Acceptance and Proposals

Project acceptance and proposals

Submitting a form or request does not automatically create a service contract. MAVLINX may review, reject, clarify, price, or route requests based on scope, fit, capacity, and feasibility.

Requests are not approvals

A request, recommendation form, install form, or message is an inquiry until MAVLINX accepts scope and payment terms in writing.

Proposal controls scope

The accepted proposal, invoice, written scope, or project confirmation controls what MAVLINX is responsible to deliver.

Unclear work is excluded

Features, revisions, integrations, copywriting, design variants, support, maintenance, or third-party costs not written into scope are excluded.

Scope control rule

If proposal, invoice, page copy, email, chat, or verbal discussion appears to conflict, the signed or written accepted proposal should control the commercial scope unless MAVLINX confirms a change in writing.

Payments and Costs

Pricing, payments, taxes, and third-party costs

Public package prices are base international prices in USD. Final project cost depends on accepted scope, third-party requirements, platform fees, taxes, and payment channel conditions.

USD

USD pricing

Public prices are shown in USD. Local currency equivalent, taxes, bank charges, platform fees, and third-party costs are calculated at invoice stage.

PAY

Payment before delivery

MAVLINX may require advance payment, milestone payment, retainer payment, or full payment before work begins, continues, or is handed over.

3P

Third-party costs

Domain, hosting, paid plugins, premium themes, paid APIs, ad spend, email tools, SMS, WhatsApp API, AI subscriptions, stock media, platform fees, and integrations are excluded unless included in writing.

TAX

Taxes and bank charges

Taxes, VAT/GST/sales tax, withholding tax, Payoneer/card/platform fees, bank charges, and currency conversion differences are not included unless the accepted proposal states otherwise.

Payment / tax / Payoneer disclaimer

Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise. Local currency equivalents are calculated at the invoice/payment date. Bank charges, Payoneer/card/platform fees, currency conversion differences, withholding tax, VAT/GST/sales tax, third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, paid APIs, ad spend, and government charges are excluded unless specifically included in the signed proposal. Tax treatment depends on client country, MAVLINX registration status, payment channel, export documentation, and applicable law. MAVLINX does not provide tax advice; clients and MAVLINX must rely on qualified tax professionals for final tax handling. No package guarantees ranking, leads, ad approvals, sales, revenue, or platform performance.

Client Responsibilities

Client responsibilities

Delivery depends on timely access, correct information, approvals, content, platform cooperation, and client-side decision discipline.

Provide accurate information

The client is responsible for correct business information, service details, legal names, pricing, policies, offers, product details, and content accuracy.

Provide access and assets

The client must provide required website, hosting, domain, forms, CRM, Google, ad platform, analytics, email, dashboard, and third-party tool access where needed.

Review and approve

The client must review drafts, structures, configurations, pages, workflows, and handover items within reasonable timelines to avoid delivery delay.

Own business compliance

The client remains responsible for legal, tax, product, service, advertising, platform, privacy, industry, and regulatory compliance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Protect credentials

The client is responsible for account security, passwords, user permissions, internal staff conduct, two-factor authentication, and safe platform access management.

Use systems responsibly

Installed systems must not be used for spam, fraud, unlawful data collection, platform abuse, harmful automation, misleading claims, or prohibited activities.

Platform Dependencies

Third-party platforms and dependencies

MAVLINX systems often depend on platforms outside MAVLINX control. These platforms can change pricing, policies, APIs, approvals, performance, limits, and availability.

WEB

Website and hosting platforms

WordPress, Elementor, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, themes, CDN, email, and form tools may affect performance and functionality.

GOO

Google and dashboard tools

Google Sheets, Apps Script, Looker Studio, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, and related services have their own limits, policies, quotas, and reliability conditions.

META

Meta, WhatsApp, and ad platforms

Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, ad accounts, pixels, lead forms, and messaging tools are subject to platform approvals, restrictions, policies, bans, delivery limits, and account health.

API

APIs, integrations, and AI tools

Third-party APIs, AI subscriptions, automation tools, plugins, email providers, SMS tools, payment tools, and external integrations may fail, change, or require additional cost.

Performance Limits

AI, SEO, paid lead, and performance limits

MAVLINX installs systems, routes, classifications, workflows, and control layers. Market outcomes and platform outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

AI-assisted, not autonomous

AI systems support classification, summaries, SOP-based drafting, routing, and decision support with human review. They do not replace staff or run a business without human judgment.

SEO has no ranking guarantee

SEO work improves classification, structure, metadata, internal links, schema, indexing readiness, and search clarity. Rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.

Ads have no lead guarantee

Paid lead systems can improve campaign structure, landing logic, routing, and tracking, but ad approval, CPC, competition, demand, budget, and response discipline affect results.

No revenue guarantee

MAVLINX does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, approvals, ranking, traffic, lead volume, conversion rate, or platform performance.

Client execution matters

Results depend on offer strength, content accuracy, follow-up discipline, staff usage, competitive conditions, data quality, market demand, budget, and ongoing decisions.

Human approval required

AI-assisted outputs, ads, SEO content, legal/policy copy, financial statements, customer messages, and operational decisions should be reviewed by responsible humans.

Delivery and Handover

Delivery, revisions, handover, and support

Delivery timelines depend on scope, access, content, approvals, technical conditions, platform behavior, payment status, and client cooperation.

DEL

Delivery timelines

Any timeline is an estimate unless specifically confirmed in writing. Delays may occur due to missing content, access issues, payment delays, platform problems, revisions, or client-side approval delays.

REV

Revisions

Revision count, revision scope, and revision timelines depend on the accepted proposal. Revisions do not include new features, new pages, new workflows, new integrations, or changed strategy unless agreed in writing.

OWN

Ownership and handover

Ownership of delivered assets, accounts, documents, website content, workflows, dashboards, code snippets, and configuration depends on the accepted proposal and full payment status.

SUP

Support boundaries

Post-handover support, maintenance, updates, bug fixes, monitoring, dashboard review, SEO review, ads review, and workflow optimization are included only where written into scope or retainer.

Handover control

After handover, the client is responsible for ordinary use, staff training beyond agreed scope, platform subscriptions, account security, future content changes, plugin updates, third-party policy changes, and ongoing operations unless a retainer or support agreement covers them.

Cancellation and Liability

Cancellation, refunds, liability, and disputes

These boundaries reduce misunderstanding after work has started, third-party costs have been paid, or project resources have been allocated.

Cancellation after acceptance

If a client cancels after proposal acceptance, MAVLINX may charge for work completed, planning time, reserved capacity, third-party costs, and non-refundable platform or payment fees.

Refunds are scope-dependent

Refund eligibility depends on project stage, work completed, purchased tools, irreversible costs, committed resources, and written payment terms.

Third-party costs are usually non-refundable

Domain, hosting, paid plugins, ad spend, API credits, stock media, AI subscriptions, payment charges, and platform costs may not be refundable once purchased or used.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, MAVLINX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost revenue, platform actions, client misuse, third-party failure, or market outcomes.

Dispute handling

Parties should first attempt reasonable written clarification and resolution. Documentation, accepted scope, invoices, delivery records, and communication history may be used to evaluate disputes.

Policy changes

MAVLINX may update these Terms as services, platforms, business structure, payment channels, legal requirements, or operating practices change.
